A note from the owner:
As we navigate this difficult time, I want to communicate what we are doing at Tek Experts to keep our staff and our visitors as safe as possible. We are committed to our customers and although these are unprecedented times, we are remaining open and are here for you. We are doing our part to keep the store sanitized throughout the day by wiping down counters, card terminals and other common areas. We have hand sanitizer available for use by everyone in the store. We are asking that customers should plan to keep their visit as short as possible and primarily limit your time to dropping off and picking up your device. The customer waiting area and restroom are closed and will be until further notice. We are closely monitoring the health of our staff. If anyone has the signs of COVID19 or tests positive, they will be sent home immediately and will not return to work until cleared by a doctor. In order to keep the store open and ensure the safety of our staff, we are sanitizing every device that is taken in by wiping down with an alcohol based solution.
Our suppliers have most parts in stock so there should not be extra delays in repairing devices. Since most of the parts that we use are manufactured in China, there is a likelihood that unexpected delays may occur at any time due to supply shortages or prices will be adjusted due to part cost increases. We’ll do our best to communicate this upfront when the device is dropped off for repair.
Please let us know what we can do to help you. We anticipate a higher demand for repair and purchase of devices as many of us are now working remotely. We can support you in whatever technology needs that you have.
Most importantly, please take care of yourselves, your loved ones and check on your neighbors and elderly folks. Practice recommended social distancing, wash those hands and remember we will get through this!
